ANNA RATIU

In 2002 I started my career in real estate as a sales agent.  I worked together with a small mortgage brokerage firm in Southern California in compliance and as an assistant for the owner.  I later moved to a large mortgage banker where I worked in every aspect of the business including originating, processing, licensing and compliance.  I found that I enjoyed the licensing and compliance aspect of the industry the most and wanted to pursue it full time.  In 2006 I moved to AZ and soon obtained my AZ Mortgage Broker license and served as an AZ Responsible Individual for several mortgage companies. During this time I also obtained my Master's degree in Education to broaden my knowledge in Education, teaching methodology and service to others.  My love of mortgage compliance and real estate brought me back to the industry. I am currently working as an AZ RI and Realtor in both AZ and CA.
