I am an ACTIVE Arizona Responsible Individual

I will serve in the capacity of your company's responsible individual as defined by Arizona statutes.

I will provide your company with the required Arizona principal place of business (brick and mortar office).

I will personally deliver any documents that need to be filed with the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions, the Arizona State Corporation Commission and Arizona Secretary of State.

I will serve as your Statutory Agent with the Arizona Corporations Commission.

I provide monthly email updates regarding regulatory changes, renewal reminders and AZ market news.

I will file your Arizona Corporations Commission annual report and also complete your Arizona Department of Financial Institutions annual renewal on the NMLS.

I will file your AZ annual report and AZDFI annual renewal.

I will be prepare your company for exams through the AZDFI, be present during exams and consult you on any responses needed to the AZDFI .
